Villagers Shocked as Unidentified Man's Decomposing Body Found in Grassland
On February 6, 2569 (2026), Police Lieutenant Yutthana Phosridee from Huai Yai Police Station reported that at 7:00 PM on February 5, they were alerted to a body discovered in a cow pasture near the rural highway in Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The body was found approximately 200 meters from the village road, surrounded by grass over 2 meters tall. The unidentified male, aged 30-40, was lying on his back wearing a pink shirt and black three-quarter length pants. He had no shoes, a rose tattoo on his right shoulder, and burn-like injuries on his right palm. No identification documents were found. The body appeared to have been dead for 1-2 days and was already decomposing, emitting a strong odor. Villager Pravit, who discovered the body while hunting birds, was shocked to find a stranger in the grassland. Police are unable to determine the cause of death due to the body's advanced decomposition and will conduct a detailed forensic examination to identify the victim and investigate the circumstances of his death.
