Chakkrawat Traffic Police Respond to Gold Chain Snatching Incident at Sampeng Market

On February 11, police leadership including Pol. Maj. Gen. Chaiyakrit Pho-a (Commander of Region 6) and Pol. Col. Watcharawee Thammasema (Chakkrawat Police Station Commander) dispatched officers to investigate a gold chain robbery at Sampeng Square building. Traffic police officers on duty received reports from local residents that a gold chain had been snatched. The victim managed to capture the perpetrator on Rajavongse Road in the Chakkrawat district of Bangkok. Upon arrival, officers identified the suspect as Ms. Kanyarat, who had stolen the gold chain from the second floor of Peng Square building. The suspect was immediately detained, charged with theft, and transferred to investigating officers for legal proceedings.
