On August 20, 2026, police commanders including Deputy Police Chief Pallop Airmlo and Narcotics Bureau Deputy Commissioner Suphachai Chaisuwan coordinated an operation that resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old suspect named Krakkad (surname withheld) in Soi Prasahasangsoekhrae, Din Daeng District, Bangkok. Officers recovered 15 vaping devices and methamphetamine in his possession.

Following an informant's tip that the suspect was selling drugs to teenagers and nightlife visitors, undercover officers purchased a total of 15 vaping devices from him. When the suspect arrived for a delivery meeting, police arrested him and found additional contraband concealed in a shoulder bag.

During questioning, the suspect confessed that the drugs were his. He has been charged with possession of Category 1 narcotics (methamphetamine) without authorization and illegal use of Category 1 narcotics. He was handed over to investigators at Sutthisat Police Station for further legal proceedings.
