Content creator Bird Wan Wang Wai created a festival video using the industrial adhesive as a substitute for traditional water-soluble powder, which led to public backlash. After an injury complaint was filed at Phra Pradaeng Police Station in Samut Prakan, Bird met with investigators and received a 2,000 baht fine alongside a warning about ensuring safety and considering impacts on others in content creation.
On May 3, 2569, the adhesive manufacturer's legal team announced plans to meet with Deputy Commander Chatchpan Khlai Klhung and investigators from the Muang Thong Thani Cyber Police Division on May 5, 2569. The company intends to press charges against Bird Wan Wang Wai under the Computer Crime Act, alleging misuse of the product in a manner that caused harm and created negative brand perception, resulting in severe brand damage.
