Chachoengsao School Terminates Football Club Agreement Over Violations
Buddhirangsri Phiboon School in Chachoengsao has cancelled its MOU with the Buddhirangsri Phiboon Football Club after accusing the club of multiple violations, including unauthorized construction and taking students off campus without permission. The school said it tried to resolve the issues but got no cooperation, and the termination will take effect after the school's team finishes the 7HD Champion Cup 2026 tournament. The club must vacate the school grounds within 15 days after the event, or face legal action.
The school's statement said that after the MOU was signed, the football club failed to provide required safety information, constructed a cafeteria without approval, neglected to separate electricity meters, and took students on unauthorized trips, including to Phrae Province, contrary to Ministry of Education rules. The school said it had repeatedly tried to discuss solutions with the club but received no cooperation. Consequently, the school decided to end the cooperation agreement dated April 16, 2026, with the termination to take effect after the school's team completes the 7HD Champion Cup 2026 competition, irrespective of the match result. During the tournament, the school will continue to facilitate the club's activities, but once the event ends, the club must remove its personnel, equipment, and assets from the school premises within 15 days and refrain from causing any damage or disturbance; otherwise, the school will pursue legal action. The cancellation will not affect the students' enrollment status, and the school will provide remedial measures for affected student-athletes.
