Chaiyaphum Governor Vows to Prosecute on All Charges in Case of 15-Year-Old Boy Sexually Assaulting Biological Mother
A 15-year-old boy in Chaiyaphum Province has confessed to sexually assaulting his 46-year-old mother at their home, with police vowing to pursue all charges through the Juvenile and Family Court.
On May 27, 2569, investigators from Ban Deuan Police Station in Kasetsart District, Chaiyaphum Province received a report from a 46-year-old mother alleging that she was sexually assaulted by her 15-year-old biological son inside their home. Police Captain Neua Aphiwat Yatcharoen, superintendent of Ban Deuan Police Station, has accepted a criminal complaint under case number 98/25639 filed on May 26, 2569. Investigators are gathering evidence at the crime scene, interrogating the victim, arranging a medical examination with DNA samples collected from both victim and suspect.
Chairaphum Police Region Commander Sujrit Panlek ordered investigators to expedite evidence collection with thoroughness, emphasizing that this case involves a child committing violence against a parent, which deeply impacts the victim and the public. The suspect was brought in for questioning and confessed to forcibly assaulting his mother. He will be presented to the Juvenile and Family Court to seek detention, as the suspect is 15 years old. Commander Sujrit assured the public that the case will be handled with rigor and efficiency to ensure justice and safety for the victim.
