A Chinese-backed mixed-use development project is underway in Si Racha, Chon Buri, covering more than 100 rai near Huay Prab-Pong Sa Ket Road in Bo Win subdistrict. The complex offers comprehensive services for the Chinese business community, including luxury Chinese restaurants, noodle shops, Chinese construction supply stores, and Chinese supermarkets selling exclusively Chinese products with Chinese-language labeling and minimal Thai translations. The facilities employ a large workforce of foreign nationals, predominantly Chinese and Myanmar workers, and are designed to serve the substantial Chinese population working in the region's industrial sector.
