Following complaints from two victims against content creator Bird at Phra Pradaeng Police Station in Samut Prakan province, authorities are moving forward with legal action. The victims claim Bird applied caulking adhesive to their bodies instead of chalk powder during Phra Pradaeng's Songkran celebration, an incident that sparked significant criticism on social media.
On April 28, 2025, Lieutenant Colonel Abhichat Thongphaew, superintendent of Phra Pradaeng Police Station, announced that police have referred the victims for medical examinations and will issue a summons to Bird following the results. Preliminary charges involve assault and bodily harm, with sentence severity depending on the medical findings. Additionally, cyber police are coordinating on Computer Crime Act charges and will work with relevant agencies to block websites and remove inappropriate content created by the suspect.
