Court Dismisses 49% Share Dispute Between Thai Businessmen

The Muen Buri Court dismissed a lawsuit in which Ta FedFed sought to recover a claimed 49% share in Chaisoro Company Limited from Yat Chaisoro. The judge ruled the case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence, allowing the plaintiff to potentially refile. Both parties have exchanged counterclaims, with Yat Chaisoro alleging copyright and computer‑law violations worth tens of millions of baht.

Breaking! The court dismissed the lawsuit filed by ‘Ta FedFed’ against ‘Yat Chaisoro’ over the 49% share dispute. Lawyer Kaimook said the dismissal was due to vagueness, adding they may refile. The case involves Ta FedFed, also known as Likit Sittiwann, suing Yat Chaisoro, also known as Kittisak Wetchasarn, over his alleged 49% stake in Chaisoro Company Limited. On October 20, 2026, the Muen Buri Court heard the judgment and dismissed the claim, meaning Ta FedFed has not yet recovered the share proportion sought in the complaint. Ta FedFed asserts he owned a 49% share in the company but his stake was reduced and his name removed without his consent, alleging forged signatures or actions taken while he was ill, seeking the return of shares and about 2 million baht in damages. Yat Chaisoro counters that the transfer was agreed upon and carried out lawfully, and has filed a counterclaim for copyright and computer‑law violations worth tens of millions of baht.

After the ruling, lawyer Arm, representing Yat Chaisoro, posted: 'The case is dismissed. I’ll share the details later.' He noted the case at Suwinthawong Court, adding that Ta FedFed did not get his shares back.

Meanwhile, lawyer Kaimook, representing Ta FedFed, posted on Facebook: 'The court dismissed the case due to ambiguity; we will refile. This time I am acting as counsel in the civil case—no need to worry. Please let me know if you’d like to join as counsel; then we won’t have to hear second‑hand accounts and can meet in court.' #LawyerKaimook
