Bangkok Hosts First DEKA FIT World Fitness Racing Championship

First time in Thailand on a grand scale! "2026 Bangkok DEKA FIT" World-Level Fitness Racing! Over 3,500 athletes from 30 nations compete for victory, expected economic impact over 200 million baht.

Bangkok, October 30, 2026 — Thailand's sports scene prepares to make significant history! Runrio (Thailand) Co., Ltd. joins forces with Spartan Race Inc. and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) along with leading partners to launch the world-class fitness racing festival "2026 Bangkok DEKA FIT" for the first time in Thailand, held from October 31 – November 1, 2026 at Paragon Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon shopping center. The event welcomes over 3,500 athletes from more than 30 countries worldwide to showcase their strength, alongside over 10,000 spectators and visitors across two days on an area exceeding 5,200 square meters, projected to generate no less than 200 million baht in economic circulation.

This organization marks a crucial step in propelling Bangkok toward becoming a hub for Fitness Racing competitions in ASEAN, with plans announced to host continuous events in Bangkok and expand the network to other countries across the ASEAN region next year, creating long-term opportunities for Thai athletes, entrepreneurs, and the sports industry.

The official launch press conference was held on Friday, October 30, 2026 at SCBX NEXT TECH, 4th floor, Siam Parong under the concept "Make Your Mark!" with executives from Spartan Race Inc., TCEB, RUNRIO (Thailand), and Palladium jointly announcing their readiness before kicking off this historic competition.

Another key highlight is the debut of the "DEKA Team Nations Challenge," a new-format national team fitness competition held for the first time globally in Thailand. Athlete representatives from 7 teams across 7 countries — India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam — will compete for international supremacy, elevating this event to a prestigious international stage.

The event also featured a marketing cooperation signing ceremony between RUNRIO (Thailand) and Palladium, with Mr. Patrick Feizal Joyce, Palladium executive, joining as sub-licensee for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia to drive further expansion.
