Hallodarah – Jeff Satur opens up about the grueling ordeal of maintaining a strict diet for his golden physique, insisting he's not addicted to being shredded but simply wants to look right. He emphasizes that life needs to include happiness, and admits he misses Thai custard treats and egg tarts.
Turning to his film project, 'Term 4: D-Day,' which is based on true events, young actor Thadd ATLAS reveals he was initially nervous. "The director told me the screenwriter drew from a real story," he explains. "At first I thought it wasn't real, but you can see that bus in actual news footage. The director did extensive research and interviewed people from the area. Since it's based on a true story, I pray before every shoot—I don't want to disrespect anyone. As for the acting, the three of us were quite close since we'd worked together before. Playing as friends in this film felt relaxed, and honestly, we had real fun together. We were scared of ghosts, we ran away for real, but it was enjoyable sharing it with friends."
Meanwhile, actress May Fuengaram launches 'MISSSE Collagen Whitening Powder Pact,' a premium powder compact. "It took me a long time to develop and research this formula," she explains. "My goal was to make quality products more accessible so every woman can afford good skincare at a fair price. I didn't create this just to sell—I wanted everyone to have access to the best products." You can shop the brand Missse through their online channels.
Having successfully shaped his physique for his project, Jeff Satur does have some minor complaints. "Playing the role isn't hard, but eating is the real challenge," he admits. "I have to eat dry chicken breast and boiled eggs, but we can't just survive—we have to live too. It's torturous, but seeing my physique on screen is worth it. That said, I'm not obsessed with having a golden body. I just maintain it, and whether it stays or goes is fine with me. But once I finish, I want to go back to eating Thai custard and egg tarts."
