Impressive Performance! Brighton Extends Fabian Hürzeler's Contract Through 2029
German manager Fabian Hürzeler has signed a contract extension through 2029 after steering Brighton to strong Premier League performances since taking over in 2024.
Brighton has extended manager Fabian Hürzeler's contract for an additional three years, keeping him at the helm through 2029 following consistently impressive performances. The German manager, who took over at the English Premier League club in 2024 following Roberto De Zerbi's departure, has delivered strong results for Brighton. Last season, the Seagulls finished eighth in the Premier League, and this season they remain in contention for a European football spot. The 33-year-old manager stated, "I love living in this city and working for this club very much. I'm delighted to sign this new contract. I'm proud of what we've accomplished so far and excited about what the future holds." Tony Bloom, Brighton's chairman, added, "Fabian's principles and approach align perfectly with our club's identity. We're delighted with this new agreement, which reflects our shared commitment to our long-term vision."
