Thailand Football Association Extends Hudson Contract Through 2028
The Thai Football Association extended coach Anthony Hudson's contract through February 2028, adding a year to his original deal following the 2027 Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia.
The Football Association of Thailand has finalized a contract extension with Anthony Hudson, head coach of the Thai national men's football team, through February 2028. Hudson's original contract with the Football Association of Thailand was set to expire in February 2027 following the Asian Cup 2027 in Saudi Arabia, but the extension adds one more year.
Hudson assumed the role of head coach of the Thai national men's football team in November 2024 and has successfully led the team through to the final round of the 2027 Asian Cup, continuing with the campaign for the 2026 AFF Championship.
The Thai national team is currently competing in the FIFA Asian Cup Premier Division in Indonesia, beginning with a 4-0 victory over Pakistan in their opening match, with further fixtures scheduled ahead.
