The company is deploying international-standard cold chain logistics (PIC/S GDP certified) to transport medicines, blood, lab samples, and beauty products across Thailand within 24 hours, maintaining temperatures between 15–25°C with real-time monitoring technology. It also supports telemedicine through same-day pharmacy delivery in Bangkok and next-day service in other provinces, partnering with major hospitals like Bumrungrad Hospital.
Interim Express serves multiple medical sectors including blood transport, antivenom serums, and laboratory specimens—all time-critical services delivered within 24 hours to preserve sample integrity and support accurate diagnosis. The company is also expanding into the wellness market to support aesthetic clinics and health food businesses, offering temperature-controlled transport for products such as Botox, fillers, and health foods through a complete cold chain system.
According to Krungsri Bank analysis, Thailand's pharmaceutical distribution market is expected to grow 6–7% annually through 2570 (2027).
