Mourning 'June': Emergency Medical Technician Dies in Ambulance Accident
An ambulance from Nam Pad Hospital in Uttaradit crashed in heavy rain while responding to an emergency call, killing emergency medical technician 'June' in the predawn hours of May 22.
The ambulance from Nam Pad Hospital in Uttaradit skidded off the road during a heavy downpour while responding to an emergency call near the world's largest Sakhalin Park, approximately one kilometer before reaching the accident scene. The Nam Pad Rescue Association mobilized all available rescue units in Uttaradit province and coordinated an emergency response effort. The emergency medical technician, known as 'June', was seriously injured in the crash and passed away around 2:00 AM on the morning of May 22. The rescue association extended their deepest sympathies to the family of the deceased, stating they had done everything possible to help.
