Nakornluang Promotion Threatens Lawsuit Over Srisaket Fight Plan

Nakornluang Promotion president Surachat Pisitwuthinan has threatened legal action against anyone who arranges a fight for former world champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai without authorization. The warning follows claims by influencer Pol.Lt. Yutthaphol Sisomphong that he had booked a December bout between Srisaket and former champion Amnaj Ruenroeng for a new stadium opening in Ubon Ratchathani. Surachat denies any knowledge of the arrangement and cites the Boxing Act B.E. 2542 as grounds for a damages lawsuit.

Sia Hui Surachat Pisitwuthinan, president of Nakornluang Promotion, has again moved on the case where news circulated about arranging a fight between Srisaket Nakornluang Promotion and Amnaj Ruenroeng, announcing legal action if the fight actually takes place.

Previously, "Johnny Mueprab" Pol.Lt. Yutthaphol Sisomphong, a famous influencer, posted that he had prepared a boxing match between "Jao Laem" Srisaket, former WBC 115-pound world champion, and Amnaj, former IBF 112-pound world champion. The fight was planned for six rounds under international boxing rules and would be an undercard on the opening day of Pol.Lt. Yutthaphol's new boxing stadium in Ubon Ratchathani this December. Pol.Lt. Yutthaphol claimed he had negotiated with Srisaket successfully.

Later, Surachat gave an interview stating he was never aware of this matter, confirming the fight would not happen, and told Pol.Lt. Yutthaphol he should have manners. Pol.Lt. Yutthaphol then clarified that Srisaket's manager had contacted him to arrange the fight with Amnaj and they had already agreed on the purse.

Most recently, Sia Hui announced: "Dear beloved media colleagues, I, Sia Hui Surachat Pisitwuthinan, manager and head of Nakornluang Promotion, creator of four world champions — Wirat, Sirimongkol, Suriyan, and most recently guiding Srisaket Nakornluang Promotion to challenge for a world title, knocking out Roman Gonzalez in America, known to boxing fans worldwide. In my capacity as president of Nakornluang Promotion Co., Ltd., anyone who claims to have contacted Srisaket's manager to fight Amnaj, which is currently in the news, if you are truly a person in the world boxing industry, you would not come out speaking recklessly. The boxing industry has legal protection under the Boxing Act B.E. 2542. If you insist on doing anything illegal, I will definitely sue for damages. I demand that the person claiming to be Srisaket's manager present evidence to the public, media, and boxing fans. If you insist on arranging Srisaket without following the law, you will definitely be sued for damages."
