Narasiri, Sansiri's ultra-luxury home brand, is launching a wellness-focused housing concept across four Bangkok-area locations, partnering with Technogym and Helena Rubinstein to differentiate 50-million-baht properties in Thailand's boomi
Narasiri, a legacy-level luxury single-family home brand from Sansiri, Thailand's leading real estate developer, is unveiling a new direction in ultra-luxury residential living centered on the 'Luxury Wellness Ecosystem.' This concept emphasizes large common areas, green spaces, residential community, and world-class experiences as the new standard for 50-million-baht home purchases, promising enhanced property value within 3-5 years alongside sustainable health benefits.
Under Sansiri's Luxury Collection portfolio, Narasiri is partnering with two global wellness leaders—Technogym, Italy's premier fitness equipment brand, and Helena Rubinstein, the renowned global beauty brand—to create comprehensive wellness experiences across four prime locations. These developments feature meticulously designed homes, expansive common areas spanning up to 7 rai, green landscaping, and a curated community of like-minded residents supported by the SLC Life Curator service.
The four Narasiri locations launching this initiative are Narasiri Victory Krungthep Kreetadha, Narasiri Bromratchanee, Narasiri Bangna km.10, and Narasiri Phaholyothin-Wachraphol. According to Naphat Weesin, Managing Director of International Operations at Sansiri, wellness is becoming the primary investment priority for Thai homebuyers, transforming from a lifestyle trend into a fundamental residential feature. Thailand's wellness economy is now the fastest-growing sector, expanding twice as fast as global GDP, positioning the nation as a rapidly emerging wealth hub in Asia.
