PHUKET: New Phuket Governor Chotinrin Kerdsum has ordered authorities to intensify efforts against crime, drugs, illegal labour and traffic offences after police reported 4,987 criminal cases, more than 100,000 traffic arrests and 2,297 drug cases during the current fiscal year.
