NPP Completes Full Sellout Of InterContinental Residences Hua Hin

NPP Realty & Consultants has achieved a significant milestone by closing the final unit sale of InterContinental Residences Hua Hin, bringing the project to 100% sellout with a total value of approximately 3.84 billion baht. The last unit sold was a 3-bedroom duplex apartment worth around 50 million baht, one of the most sought-after unit types in the project due to its limited availability of just 2 units. These duplexes stand out for their expansive living spaces, exceptional privacy, and design perfectly suited to genuine beachfront living.

Throughout the sales period, the project set new standards for luxury real estate in Hua Hin, with average transaction prices exceeding 250,000 baht per square meter, reflecting the premium potential of prime beachfront locations and strong demand from buyers seeking world-class branded residential properties in Thailand's premier coastal destination. NPP Realty & Consultants served as the buyer's representative through its specialized Property Personal Shopper service, providing comprehensive strategic advisory covering property selection, investment potential analysis, and transaction management to align with clients' long-term investment and lifestyle goals.

This sales completion represents not only a success for the world-class branded residence project in Thailand but also demonstrates NPP Realty & Consultants' prominent role among Thailand's fastest-growing luxury real estate consultancies. Throughout 2025, the company has achieved notable results, including closing luxury penthouse sales valued at 2 billion baht in central Bangkok, coordinating the acquisition of 22 rai of land in Hua Hin district for BECC International School development, and successfully closing five super-luxury pool villas under a single transaction—marking one of the most significant high-end real estate deals in Hua Hin this year.

Nattcha Bunkrong, CEO of NPP Realty & Consultants, stated that the luxury real estate market is changing rapidly, with current buyers seeking not just beautiful properties but valuable long-term assets that preserve worth and deliver genuine quality of life. "The successful completion of InterContinental Residences Hua Hin and our major transactions this year reflect the trust clients have placed in our team," she said. The InterContinental Residences Hua Hin project was developed by Proud Real Estate in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) under the "All is Well" concept.
