Palang Dharma Party Seeks To Withdraw From Opposition Coalition
The Palang Dharma Party has formally withdrawn from the opposition coalition in parliament to join the government side led by the Bhumjaithai Party, removing seven representatives from the opposition coordination committee.
The Palang Dharma Party has formally requested to withdraw from the opposition parties coordination committee in the House of Representatives as it prepares to join the government coalition led by the Bhumjaithai Party. The party submitted its withdrawal request to Priset Wattarasindu, the opposition coalition chairman and list MP from the Thai People Party. The Palang Dharma Party currently has seven representatives serving on the opposition coordination committee: Ekarat Phongsue (Roi Et), Prasit Nota (Nan), Piyawat Kittithaneshwar (Nakhon Nayok), Wongvachara Khaohtong (party registrar), Norphol Tantimonthri (Chiang Mai), Chayanan Ketmek (party member), and Arthakorn Sirilatthayakor (Chachoengsao).
