This morning, the victim's sister arrived from Thong Pha Phum District to view and confirm the body as her older sister. Medical examiners conducted DNA testing on the sister to confirm identity, which confirmed the two are indeed siblings. On July 17, 2025, police officers from Thalang Police Station, led by Phuket Provincial Police Commander Pol. Lt. Gen. Sinlert Sukum and Deputy Commander Pol. Col.
