A national religious affairs inspector visited Wat Pa Adulyaram on August 14, 2569 at 9:30 a.m. to confirm the temple's complete ownership of the disputed land and assist the abbot in filing a property transfer at the Land Office. Krisakchorn Sanitsukdee, inspector of the National Office of Buddhism, arrived with Dr. Prayuth Prathetsena, vice-chairman of the Dhamma Armed Forces Foundation, and legal specialists in Buddhist canonical law to meet with Phra Kru Adulasarnithesa, the temple's abbot, and investigate solutions to the long-standing land ownership dispute that risked escalating into violence and disrupting the temple and monastic community.
Krisakchorn Sanitsukdee stated that the title deed unquestionably belongs to the temple—100 percent—and that the transfer will proceed according to land law and regulations. Land Department officials have been instructed to expedite the process, with a preliminary timeline of approximately one month. Officials said the Adulyaram case will serve as an important study model for resolving land disputes affecting temples nationwide, particularly those where land values are high, and that the National Office of Buddhism will also investigate similar disputes at other temples countrywide to prevent monasteries and monks from handling such conflicts alone.
After discussions with the temple's monastic community, the inspector's delegation, and the Dhamma Armed Forces Foundation, Phra Kru Adulasarnithesa and supporting devotees traveled about 3 kilometers to Khon Kaen Provincial Land Office under police escort and surveillance. Upon arrival, Dr. Prayuth Prathetsena and Buddhist law specialists accompanied the abbot in formally filing the property transfer request while supportive devotees gathered to witness the proceedings and hope for swift resolution of the prolonged dispute.
