Suspect Identified in Stabbing of Two Jewish Men in London: Somali-Born Briton with Mental Health History

London police subsequently declared the incident a terrorist attack. The two victims, identified as Shalom Rand, 34, and Moses Chain, 76, are stable and recovering in hospital. The suspect was subdued with a Taser by police before arrest and charged with attempted murder. It was also revealed that the suspect has a history of violence and serious mental health problems. British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer stated that the antisemitic attack, part of a recent string of such incidents in the UK, was utterly appalling.
