Teacher Alerts Police After Spotting Sisters' Abuse by Stepfather
A teacher reported two sisters' sexual abuse by their stepfather to police after noticing warning signs in the classroom in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The suspect surrendered and was charged with child sexual abuse.
On July 15, 2569, a 42-year-old mother from Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, reported a disturbing case to Sikhio Police after discovering that her two daughters—10-year-old fourth-grader and 13-year-old first-year secondary student—had been sexually abused by their 42-year-old stepfather, Usa. The complaint was filed at 4:30 p.m. on July 14, 2569, after their classroom teacher noticed abnormal signs of depression and worry in both girls and, upon gentle questioning, learned the truth about the ongoing abuse.
When the teacher learned of the situation, she immediately coordinated with authorities and brought the children to file a report. The girls' mother, devastated by the discovery, rushed to have both daughters undergo detailed medical examinations at Sikhio Hospital to gather critical evidence for prosecution.
Most recently, Colonel Narongsak Promtha, Commander of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police, ordered officers including Deputy Commander Tatchapol Chinnawong of Sikhio Police Station to collect evidence. The suspect subsequently surrendered with his brother, pointed out the crime scene for documentation and photographs, and was charged with child sexual abuse of victims under 13 years old before being remanded to Sikhio Court for further legal proceedings.
