Commander Rear Admiral Tiwa Aun Alaow of the Naval Military Education Center presided over the commissioning ceremony for 2,879 servicemen from the 1st/2569 rotation on July 1, 2025, transferring them to various Royal Thai Navy units and awarding outstanding training companies. The ceremony took place at the training center in Sattahip, Chachoengsao Province, with military commanders and instructors in attendance.
In his remarks, the commander urged the new servicemen to remember their shared experiences during training, saying: "Remember this place, with all its smiles and even tears, because we are one family—naval warriors of the Royal Thai Navy." He emphasized the importance of applying their training knowledge and experience with diligence, discipline, and integrity, while upholding military traditions and serving as role models in society.
The 2,879 servicemen completed an eight-week public education curriculum from May 1 to June 30, 2025, meeting Royal Thai Navy standards in physical conditioning, discipline, knowledge, and naval ideology. They are now deployed across navy units and ready to serve the nation and its people with full dedication, fulfilling the navy's motto that "naval personnel stand beside the people."
