Tottenham Hotspur has completed the signing of 21-year-old Portuguese midfielder Matheus Fernandes from West Ham United for approximately £85 million. Fernandes showed his quality in the Premier League over two seasons with Southampton and West Ham before deciding to leave the Hammers, who have been relegated to the Championship next season.
