Trinity Reports Shareholders Approve All Resolutions, Updates on MORE Lawsuit with Positive Trajectory
Trinity's shareholders unanimously approved all resolutions at the company's annual meeting, with the firm optimistic about resolving a major shareholder dispute after winning its civil court case.
Wisit Ongpipattanakul, chairman of Trinity Watthana Public Company Limited (TNITY), announced following the company's 24th ordinary shareholders' meeting on April 30, 2025, that all resolutions were unanimously approved. The meeting, attended by CEO Weeraphattana Petchakup and the full board of directors, passed motions to forego legal reserves and dividend payments due to 2024 operational losses stemming from the MORE shareholder dispute case. Trinity emerged victorious in the civil court proceedings, with the defendant currently pursuing an appeal. The company expects to receive full repayment of the disputed amount. Despite these challenges, Trinity thanked shareholders and investors for their continued confidence as the company celebrated its 25th anniversary on April 27, 2025. The company reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth and pledged to continue serving as a capital intermediary while delivering strong returns to clients and shareholders.
