True Corporation announced Q3 2026 results showing revenue recovery and strong operational efficiency, supporting a seventh straight quarter of profit growth alongside a 5.5 billion baht interim dividend.

Group CEO Sigve Brekke revealed the company posted its seventh consecutive quarter of profit, driven by revenue growth and disciplined financial management. Adjusted service revenue increased 2.0% year-on-year and continued to grow from the previous quarter despite a challenging business environment. In this quarter, the company achieved a record net profit after tax of 6.7 billion baht, while EBITDA stood at 28.5 billion baht, up 5.7% from a year earlier.

"Q3 2026 saw the company set all-time records for service revenue, EBITDA, and net profit, reflecting operational strength and management discipline. Growth in mobile and online service revenue was supported by AI-driven Customer Value Management (CVM), which helps deliver the right offers to customers through the right channels at the right time," Brekke said.

He added that tangible results from the company's intensive AI-driven organizational transformation are emerging, both in business value creation and customer experience enhancement. Going forward, True will accelerate building a strong AI foundation and use AI as a driver for growth and operational efficiency.

Coupled with revenue growth, customer satisfaction improved significantly year-on-year across all business segments. These efforts keep the company on track to meet its 2026 financial targets and medium-term goals.

Mobile subscribers increased by 142,000 from the previous quarter to 48.8 million, with 5G users reaching 20.5 million. Home internet subscribers grew by 30,000 to 3.3 million by quarter-end.

CFO Nkool Sekhar said, "Q3 2026 results reflect the improving quality of earnings, supported by steady core revenue growth and disciplined cost management. Adjusted service revenue rose 2.0% year-on-year, reaching its highest level since the merger.

"Support from mobile and online business growth, driven by revenue recovery and efficient operating expense control, lifted EBITDA 5.7% year-on-year. True Corporation posted a record net profit after tax of 6.7 billion baht in Q3. Excluding one-time special items, normalized net profit stood at 7 billion baht."

These results strengthen the company's financial position and reaffirm its ability to create sustainable shareholder value. The Board approved an interim dividend of 5.5 billion baht, representing an 83% payout ratio, or 0.16 baht per share (DPS).
