Wife Files Suit Against Husband and Mistress Over Birthday Betrayal
A Udon Thani woman is suing her husband and his mistress after he skipped their daughter's 4th birthday party on August 1 to meet the nurse at a hotel, despite repeated calls from the child.
A wife from Udon Thani has opened up about her decision to move forward with legal action against her husband and his mistress. The 41-year-old woman hired a private detective to monitor her 36-year-old husband, a civil servant, after discovering he was secretly meeting a young nurse from Nong Khai—a relationship that had apparently been ongoing since their school days.
The breaking point came on August 1, 2025, when her daughter turned 4 years old. Instead of attending the birthday celebration, the husband lied to his family about having urgent work obligations and instead took the young nurse to a hotel. When their daughter called him repeatedly, he continued to lie about his whereabouts. The wife had previously confronted the nurse's parents in hopes of resolving the situation, but to no avail.
On August 3, 2025, the wife stated that she has exhausted all chances for reconciliation and is now determined to pursue legal action against both her husband and the nurse. She expressed deep pain over the fact that he prioritized the affair over his daughter's special day, showing no interest in spending time with their child. Attempts to reach the husband for his response were unsuccessful.
