The release aims to inspire travelers to explore Thailand during the high season.
Lamai Thongkum and F.Hero announced the surprise release of their new track "Hurry Up, New Sky," a major national project designed to boost Thai tourism. The song tells the story of setting out to discover new places, people, and experiences, using the Isaan word "fawai" meaning "hurry" to reflect Thai AirAsia’s reputation for quick, on‑time flights, paired with "fai mai" meaning "new sky" to inspire travelers. Musically, it fuses lukthung Thai‑remix with modern rap and weaves in dialects from the north, northeast, central, and south, creating an upbeat rhythm that makes listeners want to pack their bags immediately. In the music video, Lamai appears in a fresh look as an office worker who has spent the year clearing paperwork, finally taking a break to recharge, while F.Hero adds his cool rap style to lift the travel mood. The video was filmed at the Thai AirAsia training center near Don Mueang Airport, featuring real airline staff from various departments—flight attendants, ground crew, and female engineers—dancing together to spread happiness and warmth. The song and video are now available on all AirAsia online channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music, inviting fans to join the journey and experience a new sky across Thailand.
