Sports Authority of Thailand and Boxing Commission Close International Muay Thai Instructor Training Course in Phuket

The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) and the Boxing Commission organized an introductory-level Muay Thai Instructor Course for international participants from February 3-7 at Dara Hotel in Phuket. Over 100 foreign participants attended, reflecting growing confidence in the standardized Muay Thai curriculum. The project featured more than 10 A-License expert instructors providing comprehensive theory and practical training to ensure international teaching standards. During the closing ceremony on February 7, Theerawat Silpacha, Director of Muay Thai Development, and Thanawut Phetcara, Phuket Sports Authority Director, presented certificates to participants. Theerawat emphasized that Muay Thai instructors are crucial for developing consistent international standards and expressed confidence in participants' ability to effectively train future Thai boxers.
