Sports Committee Awards International Muay Thai Instructor Certification

The Office of the Muay Thai Sports Committee (MTSC), in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Thailand, held a certificate awarding ceremony for foreign Muay Thai art trainees in Pattaya on February 13th. The successful 'Muaythai Instructor Course (Introductory Level) for Foreigners 2025' concluded with an official closing ceremony at the Boutique City Hotel Pattaya. Theerawat Silapacha, director of the MTSC's Muay Thai Development Division, presided over the event and presented certificates to foreign participants who completed both theoretical and practical examinations. The certification officially guarantees knowledge standards set by the MTSC. The project involved over 100 foreign participants and more than 10 A-License expert instructors who comprehensively taught Muay Thai skills, including techniques with fists, feet, knees, and elbows, while also emphasizing discipline, ethics, and traditional Wai Kru ceremony. The graduates are now prepared to serve as Muay Thai cultural ambassadors, ready to promote the national martial art on the international stage.
