List of Schools in Lat Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani Announce Emergency Closure

Police have issued an arrest warrant for Nopparat (nicknamed 'L'), a 31-year-old unstable man who was threatening to shoot children in Lat Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani. The charges against him include attempted murder of officials, illegal weapon possession, carrying weapons in public without authorization, and firing a weapon without cause. As a result, 17 schools in the area have announced an emergency closure for February 18, with schools like Wat Bua Khwan issuing official statements prioritizing student safety.
