Supreme Court Removes 5 More MP Candidates for Failing to Vote
On February 6, 2024, the Supreme Court's Election Division published an order removing 5 more candidates from the party list MP candidate announcements for failing to exercise voting rights. The removed candidates include: 1. Yothin Wararatmongkol from Kla Dharma Party (list 70), 2. Chaiyot Jiramethakorn from Democrat Party (list 29), 3. Paiboon Limratanamonkol from New Party (list 32), 4. General Detchanit Lueangngarmkam from Kla Dharma Party (list 10), and 5. Rapee Kawthong from New Alternative Party (list 17). Previously on the same day, the Supreme Court had already removed 22 candidates from 14 political parties, bringing the total number of removed candidates to 27.
