Leaders Announce Mock Referendum Results: 463 Votes Approve Removal of Election Commission

Leaders announced the results of a mock referendum supporting the removal of the Election Commission, concluding their demonstration at 8:50 PM. At 8:40 PM on February 15, 2569 (2024), at the Skywalk intersection in Pathumwan, the Thammasat United Group and civil society organizations completed their vote count. Out of 470 participants, 463 ballots were counted: 445 approved, 2 disapproved, 1 abstained, and 15 were invalid. The group questioned whether the Election Commission would be held accountable for irregularities in the election process, particularly in Chonburi's first electoral district.
