Portugal has announced its 27-player roster for the 2026 FIFA World Cup final tournament, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, and Vitinha. The Portuguese national team will compete in the World Cup hosted jointly by the United States, Mexico, and Canada from June 11 to July 19, 2026, grouped with DR Congo, Uzbekistan, and Colombia.
On May 19, Portugal's head coach Roberto Martínez officially unveiled the 27-player squad for the World Cup 2026.
As expected, 41-year-old star Cristiano Ronaldo has made the cut, marking his sixth consecutive World Cup appearance since 2006. Other notable players selected include Bruno Fernandes, Joao Neves, Vitinha, Pedro Neto, and Rafael Leão.
The squad list also includes striker Diogo Costa, who was previously on the roster.
