Bangkok – July 31, 2026 – Mr. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a leading retailer of home décor and lifestyle products, reaffirmed its decade-long commitment to supporting Thai communities alongside corporate social responsibility. The company announced a major partnership with the Disaster Relief and Public Health Protection Office of the Thai Red Cross Society, signing a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (2026–2029) under the "MR. D.I.Y. Cares" initiative to strengthen disaster preparedness, prevention, and rapid relief for affected communities nationwide. The agreement signing ceremony took place on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Thai Red Cross Society office, led by Anupap Kongmalai, Vice President of Marketing at Mr. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited, who signed alongside Major General Dr. Ampat Bali, Director of the Disaster Relief and Public Health Protection Office of the Thai Red Cross Society, with executives from both organizations as witnesses. The partnership emerged from both organizations' shared commitment to combine strengths: the Thai Red Cross Society as the nation's leading charitable organization with disaster relief expertise, and Mr. D.I.Y. with its network spanning 77 provinces nationwide and logistics capacity to deliver essential goods—hardware, home repair and décor items, and daily necessities. This agreement establishes a rapid, comprehensive, and targeted relief network for natural disasters and public emergencies. Anupap Kongmalai stated: "Over the past seven years, Mr. D.I.Y. has collaborated closely with the Thai Red Cross Society, and we deeply recognize the critical importance of their mission to assist disaster-affected communities nationwide. This year marks our company's 10th anniversary of growth alongside the Thai people, and we are honored to partner with the Thai Red Cross Society for three consecutive years with a total budget of one million baht. Our support will cover essential daily goods such as survival equipment, disaster recovery supplies, household appliances, and stationery through Mr. D.I.Y. stores, supporting the Red Cross's various initiatives including the 'This Winter We Do Good for Father' project. Mr. D.I.Y. prioritizes sustainable growth alongside Thai social care. This partnership creates tangible value for society and continues our commitment to social initiatives under the 'MR. D.I.Y. Cares' program, which has operated for over eight years covering environmental, social, and governance aspects."
