AC Technician Gets the Chills After Discovering Snake Eggs Incubating Inside Air Conditioner—10 of Them, Plus Snake Skin Shed on Top
An AC technician in Thailand discovered approximately 10 snake eggs incubating inside an air conditioning unit, along with shed snake skin, sparking speculation on social media about how the reptile gained entry through the system.
An AC technician got quite a shock after cleaning an air conditioner unit and finding snake eggs inside. The discovery has left social media users baffled about how the snake managed to get in. On May 19, TikTok user @woraphot03, an air conditioning technician, posted a disturbing video after finding snake eggs in an AC unit, captioning it: "Don't trust your AC anymore if you find something like this!" The footage appears to show an old, rarely-used air conditioner with snake skin shed on top, but the truly horrifying discovery came when the technician opened the AC panel and found it packed with unhatched snake eggs—approximately 10 in total. After the post went viral, many users flooded the comments asking how the snake could have possibly gotten inside. The technician believes the snake likely entered through gaps around the air intake duct connected to the external compressor unit.
