Following an incident on April 27, 2025, influencer Bird Wan Waang posted a Songkran prank video filmed at Phra Prathom in which she allegedly used crocodile-branded eye irritant instead of powder on celebrants—a potentially dangerous act. Bird later clarified that the content was merely a video gimmick using flour powder, even consuming some on camera to demonstrate. However, a new claim from a victim accounts that they were exposed to an irritating substance that caused severe eye discomfort, initially suspecting it was latex adhesive due to the burning sensation, requiring them to immediately rinse their eyes. The victim indicated they are preparing to file a formal complaint against Bird Wan Waang.
