Not running away, ready to fight to prove her innocence on every suspicious issue! Bum Panadda apologizes to the public who donated to the Do Good Foundation, admits she trusted the wrong person, and vows to recover assets even if she must sell personal property. Her lawyer, Phet, threatens to stop answering media questions or withdraw as counsel.
After meeting with Crime Suppression Division investigators to give a statement and file a complaint against Got Atip, taking nearly one hour, Miss Panadda Wongphudi, known as Bum Panadda, alongside her lawyer, gave a brief interview to the media. She offered a sincere apology for the incident, acknowledging it was her own mistake to place trust in a close associate she believed in most, which led to the current problems.
Bum states she is ready to pursue asset recovery and take direct responsibility.
Bum Panadda explained the complaint aims to prosecute those involved and trace assets back to the Do Good Foundation as much as possible, confirming she will bear full responsibility.
'Bum is capable. If any part is found where I acted wrongly or bear responsibility, I am ready to bring in personal assets to manage and fix things to make everything right.'
She affirmed she will not retreat and will fight to prove the truth, using all legal avenues to restore the foundation's management and assets.
Bum insists she is not fleeing and will fight to prove her innocence on every point. Her lawyer then ended the interview.
Regarding the earlier case where Miss Bunyanuch Saengsi, aka 'Oy Sri,' filed a complaint requesting an investigation into the foundation's operations, Bum said today's meeting with investigators demonstrates her sincerity in giving a statement, clarifying facts, and fully entering the justice process, confirming she will not flee and is ready to fight for the truth on all doubtful points.
After the interview, Bum remarked she would only speak this much because her lawyer would scold her if she said more.
Lawyer Ekasit Sriseuk, aka 'Lawyer Phet,' added briefly that he requests media cooperation not to ask further questions, as he would immediately resign as personal counsel if Bum answers more.
