The Central Bankruptcy Court has issued an order to seize assets from 17 defendants in a case filed by Krung Thai Bank PCL (Public), seeking to have them declared bankrupt with total outstanding debt of 8,366,732,100 baht.
According to the asset seizure order documents for case numbers L 8440/2568 (black docket) and LO 684/2569 (red docket), the court issued its directive on June 30, 2569, to seize all assets belonging to the 17 defendants, including: Veerojn Nualkhae (defendant 1), Matchima Kunchon Na Ayutthaya (defendant 2), Pongsathorn Siriyothin (defendant 3), Suwit Kunthrap (defendant 4), Wanchai Thanittiraphon (defendant 5), Phairojn Rattanasophaa (defendant 6), Prapanthpong Pramodtakul (defendant 7), Kulvee Suwannawongse (defendant 8), Suwat Tammratanpukul (defendant 9), Prawit Adiset (defendant 10), Siriwarn Chinisareyos (defendant 11), Golden Technology Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (defendant 12), AKS Corporation PCL or AK Estate PCL or Kritdamahanak Co., Ltd. (defendant 13), Bancha Yindi (defendant 14), Wichai Kritdadhananth (defendant 15), Ratthaphoomi Kritdadhananth (defendant 16), and Maitree Luangnimitmas (defendant 17).
Krung Thai Bank filed the lawsuit on July 3, 2568, requesting the court to seize the defendants' assets and declare them bankrupt, after which the Central Bankruptcy Court issued the definitive asset seizure order in accordance with the Bankruptcy Act.
