Deputy PM Ekniti Heads to France to Court Macron on Clean Energy, Digital, and AI Investment in Thailand
Deputy PM Ekniti is traveling to France to pitch Thailand's clean energy, digital, and AI investment opportunities to President Macron and French investors.
Deputy Prime Minister Ekniti Nitithanprapas is leading a delegation to France with the Board of Investment to prepare for discussions with French President Emmanuel Macron on clean energy and investment opportunities. Traveling alongside Prime Minister Anuthine Charnveerakul, Ekniti was tasked by the Premier to meet with Macron to discuss clean energy initiatives and investment cooperation. The delegation will also meet with investors from approximately 3-4 digital and AI companies arranged by the Board of Investment. According to Ekniti, France is recognized as a global leader in clean energy development and has made considerable strides in digital and AI initiatives, making it a strategic partner for Thailand's investment attraction efforts in these key sectors.
