PHUKET: Thailands National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has ruled that former Phuket Governor Chamroen Tipayapongtada committed criminal misconduct by approving a hotel licence for what is now a luxury Phuket resort despite the project allegedly failing to comply with environmental requirements.
