Gold bullion is being purchased at 71,750 baht per baht and sold at 71,950 baht per baht, while ornamental gold (96.5% purity) is being bought at 70,312.08 baht per baht and sold at 72,750 baht per baht. International gold spot prices are at 4,717 USD per ounce. Gold dealers predict that tomorrow's market opening could see prices surge another 1,000-2,000 baht per baht, potentially breaking through 80,000 baht.
