Government Housing Bank Opens 12,000 Second-Hand Properties with Up to 50% Discount
The Government Housing Bank auctions over 12,000 second-hand properties nationwide on June 6, 2025, with discounts up to 50% and zero-interest credit for qualifying buyers through June 19.
The Government Housing Bank (GHB) announced it will hold its second 2025 second-hand property auction on Saturday, June 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, to help Thai citizens access quality housing at affordable prices. The bank has curated over 12,000 quality properties in prime locations nationwide, including single houses, townhouses, duplexes, commercial buildings, vacant land, and condominiums, available at discounts up to 50% off regular prices.
Bangkok and metropolitan properties number over 1,000 lots, featuring properties such as a 31.74-square-meter condominium in the Life Ratchada Phisek project in Huay Khwang District, Bangkok, with a starting bid of 3,060,000 baht.
Regional properties total over 11,000 lots, including a 36-square-wah duplex in the Pannasia Village project in Muang District, Chon Buri Province, with a starting bid of 2,340,000 baht, and an 80.70-square-wah single house in the LTF Iceland 5 project in Muang District, Nakhon Sawan Province, with a starting bid of 2,285,000 baht.
Bidders must submit a 10,000-baht deposit for all properties and an additional 100,000-baht deposit for properties priced at 10 million baht or higher. Winning bidders who sign purchase agreements between June 8-19, 2025, qualify for 0% annual interest credit products fixed for up to two years. The first 60 successful bidders who complete contracts within the bank's timeframe will receive electrical appliances as prizes, including pressure cookers, electric grills, electric steamers, portable blenders, and electric kettles.
Registration opens at 8:00 AM with bidding from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Bangkok and metropolitan properties will be auctioned at GHB's main office, while regional properties will be auctioned at respective branch offices.
