The Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40 (Additional) program opened registration on 1 October 2026 via the Paotang app, offering eligible citizens a 1,000‑baht spending allowance for two months. Registration runs until 15 October and requires users to activate their G‑Wallet to cover a 40 % co‑payment before making purchases at participating vendors. Eligibility covers previous scheme beneficiaries, certain 2022 card holders, and marginalized groups meeting specific criteria.
The Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40 (Additional) initiative, launched at 06:00 on 1 October 2026, invites all citizens to verify their entitlements through the Paotang mobile application. Successful registrants receive a two‑month spending allowance worth a total of 1,000 baht, split as 60 % state subsidy and 40 % personal co‑payment. To register, users must open or download Paotang from the App Store or Google Play, choose the Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40 (Additional) banner, read the terms, and press the Register button (or accept the rights for existing participants). After activation, they must load money into their G‑Wallet to cover the 40 % share before they can start scanning QR codes at participating stores for food, beverages or other goods.
Eligibility is divided into three categories. First, individuals who already benefited from the original Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40 scheme but are not listed in the 2026 registration database of the Ministry of Finance as of 27 September 2026, provided they are Thai nationals aged 18 or older, hold a national ID card, and have not had their rights revoked or been asked to repay funds in any of the following state programmes: Half‑Half, Half‑Half Phase 2, Half‑Half Phase 3, Half‑Half Phase 4, Half‑Half Phase 5, Half‑Half Plus, or the original Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40. Second, persons who possess a 2022 registration card but failed to meet the 2026 registration criteria according to the Ministry of Finance’s records. Third, those who did not receive benefits from the original Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40 scheme, lack a 2022 registration card, and belong to marginalized or overlooked groups identified by the Ministry of Interior’s basic needs database or the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security’s electronic family register (MSO‑LOGBOOK), including additional vulnerable groups surveyed between 4‑21 June 2026. All applicants in the second and third groups must also be Thai nationals aged 18 or older, hold a valid ID card, and be free of any sanctions or repayment orders in the aforementioned state programmes.
