Lawyer Decha Kittivitayanant asserts he is 100% certain that Boon Punadda knew about the Phuket pool villa, revealing the land was mortgaged three years ago and paid off entirely with cash — demanding to know where the money came from. He insists she is intelligent and no one could deceive her, suggesting there may be a 'last boss' behind the scenes. If she is truly at fault, she faces three serious charges.
On October 30, 2026, Lawyer Decha Kittivitayanant gave an interview on Sarayut Sutthasinda's 'News Workers Talk Off-Screen' program regarding the transfer of funds from the Tham Dee Foundation to a construction company, totaling over 57 million baht, with subsequent transfers to the personal account of Got Athip, husband of Boon Punadda.
Decha stated he believes 100% that Boon knew because she executed the transfers herself. When Sarayut asked about Boon's claim that she thought the funds were for building a foundation in Pathum Thani and didn't know they became money for a pool villa, Decha replied that was impossible. The foundation's board includes lawyers and crime journalists, so Boon would have had to be careful — she should check the foundation's regulations: any expenditure over 500,000 baht requires board approval, and unjustified payments must be reported with evidence retained.
Decha added that Boon visited the Phuket pool villa three times and there are photos to prove it. There were construction permit requests, and the land belongs to Boon.
Sarayut asked about Boon's recent claim that her signature was forged. Decha responded that is her right to fight the case; if her signature was forged, she should file a police report.
Sarayut pressed whether it was impossible for her husband to have deceived her. Decha countered that she is not easily fooled — she holds a PhD, has extensive world experience, and is highly intelligent. He views this as misappropriation of donated funds, similar to the 'Ajchariya' case: opening donation accounts then using funds for wrong purposes.
"She must face charges of defrauding the public, violating the Computer Crime Act, and money laundering. Whether Boon is actually guilty is the court's duty," Decha stated.
Sarayut asked about the 'last boss.' Decha said he spoke with police contacts who said this case must identify who the real 'last boss' is — whether it's Boon, her ex-husband, or someone else. He personally doubts the ex-husband would do this and believes someone else is behind it, possibly Boon or another party, given the large sums involved.
Decha continued that they still don't know who the actual contractor that built the foundation is; that person will likely surface. Regarding Boon's interview claiming 50 million baht was spent on construction, they must verify because foundation regulations are clear — how can you pay before construction begins?
Regarding the two Phuket plots totaling about 2 rai: they were mortgaged to a bank for less than three years, then paid off entirely in cash. Where did the money come from? This needs investigation. There is much more evidence than this; they will act at the appropriate time. Just look at Phuket land prices — one rai is 21 million baht. Two buildings are already built, one was demolished. The land value for 2 rai is enormous.
