Lawyer Rachaphon confirms he has represented Fern since a previous sex case and now seeks time for her to address assault and fraud allegations aired on the TV show 'Hon Kradan.' Fern is accused of a six-year campaign of abuse against her ex-husband's wife and of defrauding multiple men. The lawyer also claims Fern's Facebook was hacked and urges the public to go easy on her.
The Fern saga has heated up significantly on today's episode of 'Hon Kradan.' Lawyer Rachaphon posted that he has been advising Fern since a prior sex-related case, and she returned for counsel on the new public allegations. He stated Fern is asking for time to set the record straight, declaring that famous people's accounts are easily hacked and 'there are no secrets in this world.'
The controversy stems from the October 21 'Hon Kradan' episode featuring 'Miew,' who alleged Fern, her husband's ex-wife, physically abused her for six years. Following that broadcast, multiple men contacted the show claiming Fern swindled them out of money, expanding the scandal.
On today's October 22 episode, 'Hon Kradan' presented several men who said they had overlapping relationships with Fern and possessed intimate clips of her with a young man. Lawyer Rachaphon posted about netizens' intense focus on Fern and the 'Hon Kradan' hashtag, reiterating that famous people's Facebook accounts get hacked easily and secrets don't exist. He also relayed Fern's statement that much information remains inaccurate and she needs time to respond.
