Lawyer Pearls Clarifies Ta Fet-fet's New Fraud Allegation
Lawyer Pearls clarified that Ta Fet-fet's latest claim of being cheated involves misplaced trust rather than investment fraud, with six-figure damages. She updated ongoing legal cases, urging parties to resolve matters through the courts instead of social media, and confirmed some previous cases have been withdrawn.
Lawyer Pearls addressed the case of Ta Fet-fet, who posted a cryptic message about being cheated again. On November 4, 2026, at the Central Investigation Bureau, lawyer Arunuch Rungrueangnaphat, known as Lawyer Pearls, gave an interview regarding the case. Lawyer Pearls disclosed she had spoken with Ta and learned the other party discovered money missing again last month, but it was not a case of being tricked into investing or doing business — it was excessive trust. Preliminary damage figures are in the six figures, derived from newly discovered income, though she declined to elaborate. The individual involved is a public figure known to news followers, and evidence exists.
Regarding progress on Ta's previous cases, Lawyer Pearls said she had tried to stop both sides from posting, but some people still post about her daily. She stressed case progress should be tracked through legal proceedings, not Facebook. She revealed some cases were withdrawn by the counterpart, and she had asked elders to help stop mutual postings because they must still work together in society and have other interconnected cases, such as the case of Mr. Natphi. Previously, the other party sent a warning letter, spoke with her, and wrote they would delete clips and not release the video, but later regrouped in a way she does not understand. However, she confirmed she does not want to create conflict and wants all parties to proceed according to legal process.
