Male Body Found Floating in Chao Phraya River

At 6:30 AM on July 4th, emergency and water rescue personnel responded to reports of a body floating in the Chao Phraya River near the Sanam Luang Bridge on Ratchawithi Road in Bangkok's Dusit District. Officers arrived at the scene with police and volunteers from the Ruamkatyannyu Foundation and discovered a male body floating in the water, dressed in a t-shirt and long pants. Rescue teams used equipment and rope to retrieve the body for examination. Forensic officers and a medical examiner from Siriraj Hospital performed an autopsy to establish the victim's identity. Preliminary findings suggest the man had been deceased for 1-2 days. Authorities are actively searching for relatives and conducting further investigation to determine the cause of death.
